Scanning & Copying
Step 1
*Note is you have already associated your ID card with the printer skip to step 3
• Firstly, scan your ID card on the printer’s card scanner. This should prompt the following menu to appear on the screen:
• Enter your full email as the username for example john.smith@brynathyn.edu .
• For the password slot enter your Microsoft password (most copiers have a pull-out physical keyboard which can be useful for this step).
Step 2
• Once you have entered your login information a red notification will pop up under the log in button, which means you have entered your login information correctly.
• You will then receive an email with further instructions on how to finish your card associated with the printer.
• If you don’t see it, make sure you check your junk/trash folder for this email.
• The email will be from bac.noreply@Brynathyn.edu
• Now that your ID Card is associated with the printer you can start the scan to OneDrive process
Step 3
• Firstly, scan your ID card on the printer’s card scanner.
• Which should open up the printer menu to this page.
Step 4
• Once you are in the scan menu select the ‘Scan to OneDrive’ option.
• Then tap ‘Start’
Step 5
• The first time you do this you will get an email from scans@papercut.com
• Click the link in this email to login to OneDrive for Business to authorize Scans for Papercut to send files to your OneDrive
Step 6
• Once your document has been scanned by the copier it will be automatically uploaded to your OneDrive in the following file path:
o My Files > Apps > Scans for PaperCut MF
